Position Overview:

As the Social Media Director for WSU Delta Gamma Sorority, I have managed and curated all content from November 2024 to November 2025 on the organization’s social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok, to engage our members and showcase the sorority’s values and events. In this role, I have developed and executed content strategies, created visually appealing graphics, written captions, and planned consistent posting schedules to maintain a cohesive online presence. I also collaborate directly with brands such as Edikted, Sour Strips, Bloom, and Poppi to coordinate sponsored content, partnerships, and promotional campaigns, ensuring both brand alignment and audience engagement.

Through this position, I have honed skills in content creation, audience engagement, analytics, and cross-platform social media strategy. I take pride in highlighting the sorority’s philanthropic initiatives, sisterhood events, and campus involvement while maintaining a professional and relatable online voice. This role has allowed me to develop creative problem-solving abilities, improve my project management skills, and gain hands-on experience in influencer and brand partnerships, all of which are directly applicable to a career in sports media, marketing, and communications
